An ordluance abolishing the stand for vehicles heretofore
established on East loth; Street between slain and Commerce Streets
in the City of Fort Worth, Texas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIOIWS OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH:
Sec. 1. That the stand heretofore established on East 10th,
Street between Main Street and Commerce Street for the use of
hacks, carriages, and other vehicles engaged in carrying goods
and passangers for hire in the City of Fort Worth shall be and
the same is -hereby abolished and it 31in it ? ereafter be unlawful
for the driver of any such hack, cArriage or other vehicle to
stop, stand or detain the same while soliciting or waiting for
employment on any place on East loth, Street between train and
Commerce Streets in the Uity of FaVt Worth.
Sec. 2. .Any person violating any of thb provisions of this
Ordinance shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not less
than $5.00 and not more than $25.00 for each offense.
Sec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication as required by law.
