S a AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 303.1, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIZ- IlJG DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHAHN ON THE MA'S CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 30n; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN 45.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EMT SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE, AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT OFMAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lot 4j Block 1, Smith Hir shfield Addition; and Lot 3, Block 1, Twomblyâ–ºs Addition "Ott s'E+r (1100 Block of East 10th Street) Lots 3 through 14, Block 2; Lots 18 through 27, Block 3; Lots 2 through 14, Block h; Lots 28 through 31, Block 5; Lots 1 through 8, Block 16; Diamond Hill Addition "J" °B" (2400, 2500, 2550 Blocks of Peak Street) Lots 17 through 23, Block C; and the West 414.4 feet of Block F, Hallbrook Addition, Third Filing i ng "Bit rrjm (E. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00)for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4. This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as required by lair.
