The estimated cost to the City is $ 190,229.77 for the construction, engineering and contingencies. It is recpmmended that an Ordinance be adopted approving the specifications and setting June 20, 1960, as the date for receipt of bids for the above named twenty units combined into one project. The specifications include an alternate for bids that would include the service of a Fiscal Agent, if such is the lowest and best bid. Two projects are now underway with Fiscal Agent services and are, according to the Public Works Department, proving to be vbry satisfactory and are showing a savings 1 1 M&C PWO- 258 ,ne 3, 1960 Fage 2 to the City and properly owners. Necessary storm drains can be constructed while the legal procedure for the paving is in progress and will not cause delay inihe street construction. It is also recommended that an appropriation request for $ 190,229.77 be approved from 94 Bond Fund, 1960 Bond sale to pay the anticipated cost to the City. Respectfully submitted, LPC: ih L. P.
