Kayser, City Secretary With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the Fort Worth City Council Work Session to order at 3:09 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, in City Council Conference Room 290 of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 1. Report of the City Manager - David Cooke, City Manager a. Changes to the City Council Agenda M&C 19-0184 will be removed from the Consent Agenda so that Mayor Price can make comments. M&C 19-0185 will be removed from the Consent Agenda so that a public hearing can be held. M&C 19-0215 has an incorrect attachment and will be corrected on the floor. Presentation on Tarrant County ACE's Task Force-Dr. Partap, Cook Children's Cook Children's Health Care System CEO Rick Merrill introduced Dr. Anu Partap. Dr. Partap presented information related to "Adverse Childhood Experiences" (ACES) and the impact of that on children and adults. The ACE's.Task force focuses on opportunities to prevent safety,health and learning problems before age 5 to prevent negative adult outcomes. 5. Update on Transit Moves Fort Worth Master Plan(Part 2 of 2)—Chad Edwards, Transportation and Public Works and Geoff Slater,Nelson Nygaard Chad Edwards, TPW and Geoff Slater, with Nelson Nygaard presented numerous options.on making transit better for Fort Worth. Final recomendations are to be ready in February 2020. 6. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Moon-name change for an unnamed street in District 4 to Dairy Lane. Council Member Bivens - update on communication on Illegal Dumping. Mayor Price - Resolution to adopt the ACES blueprint. 7. Executive Session (CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY HALL, ROOM 290) - SEE ATTACHMENT A There being no further business to come before the City Council Mayor Price adjourned the meeting at 4:52 p.m. These minutes approved by the Fort Worth City Council on the 12th day of November, 2019.
