AN ORDINANCE AMMING SSCTMN 33 OF ARTICLE V OF THE
FORT WORTB CITY CODE IN S= A MANNER SO THAT RM-
AFTER SAME: SHALL PROVIDE THAT THE WEIFARE BOARD OF
SAID CITY SHALT. BE COMPOSED OF FIVE CITIZENS] REPSAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HSCWrMj AND PROVIDING}
AN EFYECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDPMM BY THE CITY COIMCIL OF M CITY Of FORT FARTS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 33 or Article V of the Fort Worth City Cods be amended
so that same shall hereafter read as follows:
"See. 33. Createdj eempositionj qu"icatians of members]
to act in advisory capacity.
"Thera shall be a welfare board composed of rive citizens
who shall be residents of the city and gnalified voters and
taxpsyears appointed as members of an advisory welfare board
to act in an advisory capacity to the director or the depart-
ment or public health and welfare for the distribution and
supervision of charities within the city."
SECTION E.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in fled force and effect
from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
