AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS l
AND 16, BLOCK 9, TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUM,
TEXAS, BE ABANDONED, VACATED AND CLOSED; AND PROVID-
ING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the alley between Lots 1 and 16, Block 9, Texas and Pacific
Railroad Company Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as an alley or public
thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said alley above described is hereby re-
leased and will revert to the owners as provided by law, save and except
that an easement is reserved for all existing utilities; and it is spe-
cifically understood and agreed that should a permanent structure be erected
over the present location of the sanitary sewer in said alley, the owners
shall, at their own expense, either relocate or replace this line with
cast iron pipe.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or pests of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION $.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in Rill force and ef-
fect from and after the date of its passage.
