RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council amend Mayor and Council Communication G-19558 to:

Bowie Fund in the amount of$168,519.00;

4. Adopt the attached corrected appropriation ordinance increasing estimated receipts and appropriations in the Fort Worth Public

DISCUSSION:
On June 19,2019(M&C G-19558),the City Council adopted a resolution approving the revised Fiscal Year 2018-2019 budget and five-year
service plan for Public Improvement District 19-Historic Camp Bowie(PID 19). The revised budget and service plan required a transfer of the
remaining funds in the Camp Bowie Public Improvement District 8-Camp Bowie Fund(PID 8)to fund the associated improvements and services
within PID 19. M&C G-19558 authorized such a transfer in the amount of$168,613.00; however, due to a correction of over-allocated interest,
staff has determined that the proper transfer amount should have been$168,519.00.Staff also determined that an additional appropriation is
required to execute the transfer from the PID 8 fund to the PID 19 fund.
To complete this transfer, staff is recommending that City Council revise M&C G-19558 to appropriate the necessary funds into the PID 8 fund,
revise the transfer amount from$168,613.00 to 168,519.00, repeal appropriation ordinance No.23690-06-2019 in favor of a corrected
appropriation ordinance reflecting the revised transfer amount. The remaining elements of M&C G-19558 remain the same.
The Historic Camp Bowie PID 19 is located in COUNCIL DISTRICTS 3 and 7.
A Form 1295 is not required because:This M&C does not request approval of a contract with a business entity.
FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION:
The Director of Finance certifies that upon approval of the above recommendations and adoption of the attached appropriation ordinances, funds
will be available in the current operating budget, as appropriated in the FWPID#8—Camp Bowie Fund and FWPID#19—Hist Camp Bowie
Fund. Prior to an expenditure being incurred, the participating department is responsible to validate the availability of funds.
