AMENDMENT
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. fV_ M
INSPECTION AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO._ 3ULqJZ. THIRD
PARTY INSPECTION AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas located within Tarrant,
Denton, and
Wise Counties, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and
the approved third-party company for plan review and
inspection services (hereinafter referred to as the "Third Party Company").
RECITALS /J
WHEREAS,the City of Fort Worth("City")and
("Third Party Company")made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. Z- (the
"Agreement") authorized by City Council by M&C C-22488 on October 30, 2007 to provide plan
review and inspection services; and
WHEREAS,the Agreement requires the Third Party Company to submit and maintain a list
of all employed or contracted inspectors for the City's review and approval, said list to be
incorporated into the Agreement as Exhibit"B"; and
WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise section
6.04 of the Agreement to add language allowing the Director of Planning and Development or
designee to approve the list and to provide that revisions to Exhibit B shall be incorporated into the
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Third Party Company, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives,enter into the following that amends the Agreement:
1.
Section 6.04 is amended to read as follows:
Upon execution of this Agreement and before the use of any newly hired inspector, the
Third Party Company shall submit and maintain a list of all employed or contracted plumbing
inspectors for the City's review and approval, such approval ay be granted by the Director of

Planning and Development or designee. Said list shall be attached and incorporated into this
Agreement as Exhibit`B" and each revision to Exhibit`B" by the Third Party Company shall be
incorporated into the Agreement and shall supersede the previous list.
3.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect
