Presentation of Proclamation for Scott Mahaffey Council 1`4ember Byrd presented a proclamation for Mr. Scott Mahaffey, former chair for the Fort Worth Transit Authority, for his work on the TEXRail project. 3. Presentation of Proclamation for Barbers and Books City Secretary Kayser advised that the proclamation for Barbers and Books would be brought back at a later date. 4. Presentation of Proclamation for Candlelight Christmas at Ryan Place Council Member Zadeh presented a Proclamation for Candlelight Christmas at Ryan Place to Mr. Tim Keith, President of Ryan Place Fort Worth.
