AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING T'-IAT THAT PORTION OF PEACH
STREET LYING BETWEEN THE EAST EIGHTY FEET OF LOT

CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEMS, AND
7-9E EAST EI= FEET OF LOTS 7 AND 8 OF BLOCK K-7,
FIELDS-HILLSIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,'
TARRANT COUNTY, TEARS, BE ABANDONED, CLOSED AND
VACATED, AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAT. OF ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PORTIONS OF ORDIPILI CES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH, AND PROVID31TG THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE TATE- ~
LY EFFECTIVE.
W13REAS, it appearing to the City Council of the City of
Fort North, Texas, that that portion of Poach Street Lying between
the east eighty feet of Lot "D" of Block "K", Fields-Hillside Addi-
tion to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and the east
eighty feet of Lots 7 & 8 of Block K-7, Fields-Hillside Addition to
the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, has been closed for
many years and has never been used as a public street or thorough-
fare, and that it is to the best interest of the public that said
street be closed, abandoned and vacated as a public thoroughfare,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT MDA.INLD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfM CITY OF FORT WORTH:
SECTION I.
That that portion of Peach Street lying between the east eighty
feet of Lot "D" of Block "K" and the east eighty feet of Lots 7 & 8,
Block K-7, Fields-Hillside Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and permanently
abandoned as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character.
SECTION II.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage.
