AN ORDINANCE REFERRING BIDS FOR THE IMPROV.r'fi1ENT
OF PORTIONS OF VARIOUS STREETS AT SIX (6) LOCA-
TIONS IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, TO THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR A REPORT THEREON
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION 1
That Bids for the construction of improvements on streets at six
(6) locations, being ,portions of South Grove Street, Drew Street,
Saint Louis Avenue, May Street, and Gordon Avenue, in the City of Fort
Worth, Texas, having on the 2Oth day of August, 1957, been opened and
read and the following person had filed bids for the performance of
such work or part thereof, to-wit:
1. Texas Bitulithic Company, Fort Worth, Texas
that such Bids be and the same are hereby referred to the Public Works
Department, which is directed to cause to be promptly filed with the
City Council a report and recommendation thereon.
SECTION 2
That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
