HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 3399 ,ORDINANCE NO. •3-�9 9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; .,PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lot 3, Block 1, Jarrell Oakhurst Addition "B" "En (2600 block of Virginia Court) Lots 5 and 6, Block 2; Lots 1 through 6, Block 3; and Lots 1 through 10, Block 4, Homewood Addition "A" "Err (4500, 4600 and 4700 block of Miller, and 4200 block of Martin Street) Lots 8 and 9, Block 44; and Lots 12 and 24, Block 43, Rosen Heights Addition, First Filing rrBn "F Rh (2700 and 2800 blocks of Hanna Avenue) Lots 13, 14 and the South 88.8 feet of Lot 15, Block 5, Hyde Estates Addition (4200 block of Wilbarger Street) Lots 184, 18-B, 19-.A, 19 B, 19-C, 19-1) and 19R. bmxUey Heights Addition; and Lots 1, 2 and 16, Block 1, Ewing Addition; and all of Tract 1-D-2, R. Collins Survsy "A" nEn (6500 block of Ifeadawbrook Drive and 2300 block of Handley Drive) All of Block 1, Brockts Addition, Second Filing "Bit ME"- (Carswell Access Road, Big Bend Street and River Road) SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part theroK `f6her than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, om;Ltz, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
