AN ORDINANCE ALEIDING ORDINANCE NO. 2082, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION A14D USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILD- INGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE SAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 2082; PRESSCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE: PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAILING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lots 15 through 20, Block 24; and Lots l throw 6, Block 25, Union Depot Addition (1100 Block E. Hattie Street) Lots 3 through 9, A. H. Fish Addition, and 100T x 350+ on the east side of Mitchell Boulevard 100+ South of Avenue J in the J. Ringer Survey "B" ng" (1600 and 1700 Block Mitchell Blvd.) The South 150 feet of the North 200 feet of Tract 72 (16 acres) in the N. H. Carroll Survey (5300 Block White Settlement Road) The We§t 100 feet of the East 300 feet of Tract 2 A, Abner Rhoades Survey "B+' nE° (U. S. Hwy. 81, West of Hemphill Street) (Airport Site ) SECTION 2. Should any section,, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared 15y the Court to be invalid, the same shall not effect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who etiolates, disobeys, omits, meeglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than xive and no/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty and no/100 Dollars (350.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4- This ordinance mill take affect and be in full force and affect from and after its passage and publication as required by law.
