HUMAN a length of 340' northward from Refinery Street to Tract B, F. G. Milliken

Subject right-of-way was acquired by dedication. North Houston Street is
occupied by buildings. There are existing drainage, water, sanitary sewer,

The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that an
Ordinance be adopted vacating subject right-of-way as requested. A satis-
factory replat has been submitted to the City staff.
