The Change Order is for extension of the spillway drain outlet on the north side of the spillway in accordance with Proposed . Contract Modification 02,and the constructlon of.a gravel path to the weir box on the south side of the spillway in accordance with Proposed Contract Modification 03. Put the north spillway drain outlet into a ductile Iron pipe to discharge across the access road. The existing pipe Is 4-inch diameter and has a bell end on the exposed section. Install a double cleanout as shown in the attached drawing, with a concrete surface protection as shown.
