Kayser, City Secretary With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the Fort Worth City Council Work Session to order at 3:03 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10,2019, in City Council Conference Room 290 of the Fort Worth City Hall,200 Texas Street,Fort Worth, Texas 1. Report of the City Manager-David Cooke, City Manager a. Changes to the City Council Agenda City Manager Cooke will withdraw M&C 19-0375 and 19-0376 from the Consent Agenda for speakers. Resolutions 19-0985, 19-0386, 19-0387, and 19-0393 related to the nominations for the various Appraisal District Boards of Directors will be handled with one motion. Organizational Updates and Employee Recognition(s) City Manager Cooke called on Assistant City Manager, Fernando Costa to introduce Christina Brooks, Director of Diversity and Inclusion. City Manager Cooke called on Assistant City Manager Valerie Washington to introduce Fire Chief Davis and Captain Raven to share the diversity of the Fire Recruit class that started on Monday, December 9, 2019. Mayor Price mentioned the article in the AARP magazine that named Fort Worth as a top place to live. d. Informal Reports 19-10346 Curfew Ordinance for Minors - Captain JC Stockton 19-10347 Amendment No. 1 to Tax Abatement Agreement with Raider Express to Extend the Completion Deadline - Robert Sturns 19-10348 Update on City of Fort Worth Opportunity Zones - Robert Sturns 19-10349 Proposed Amendment to Agreement for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of Fort Worth Alliance Airport- Jay Chapa 19-10350 Cowtown Coliseum License Agreement Restatement, Amendment and Assignment- Jay Chapa 2. Current Agenda Items - City Council Members Chris Mosley, Senior Assistant City Attorney, gave a briefing on the M&C related to the Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County relating to the reguation of game rooms. 3. Responses to Items Continued from a Previous Meeting There were no items continued to this meeting. Update on Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Initiatives—Brandom Gengelbach,Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Brandom Genglebach, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, gave an update on the Chamber activities and future opportunities and partnerships. 5. Presentation on Economic Development Program Agreement with Watts Water Technologies, Inc - Brenda Hicks-Sorensen, Economic Development Brenda Hicks-Sorenson, Economic Development, presented the Economic Program Agreement with Watts Water Technologies, Inc. The M&C approving the agreement will be on the December 17, 2019, Council Agenda for action. 6. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Zadeh- could the Work Session be streamed on FaceBook Live in addition to our other streaming service? 7.
