Clifford Davis Mayor Price honored Judge L. Clifford Davis for his influence in Fort Worth, Mansfield and the state of Arkansas regarding segregation and acknowledging that he was the first African-American to become a member of the Texas Bar Association. Council Member Bivens presented Judge Davis with a Certificate of Recognition to honor of his years of civic service.
