Dear Mr. Chaubey,
In accordance with your request, TRC Engineers, Inc. is providing this amendment proposal
with respect to the above referenced contract. The amendment is needed in order to update
the existing plans as previously started, and bring them to completion in accordance with
current City of Fort Worth criteria. TRC will then assist through the construction
advertisement and construction program as per the original contract scope.
The project scope includes water and sanitary sewer replacements along 4 separate street

Field conditions for each location will be reviewed to confirm accurate representation on the
plan drawings, Additionally, it is understood that Hangar Avenue is presently under design
for pavement reconstruction by a separate consultant. The utility design improvements for
this street segment will be coordinated with the pavement construction plans in order to avoid
conflicts between these two construction components. Additionally, the supporting plan

be updated to meet current City criteria and to match with the designs as developed to
completion.
