AN ORDINANCE IMPERRING BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF TRENTMAN STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPART- MENT FOR A REPORT THEREON BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1. That Bids for the construction of improvements on Trentman Street from the southerly line of Martin Street to the southerly line of Oakhill Street, In the City of Fort Worth, Texas, having on the 13th day of December, 1956, been opened and read and the following persons had filed bids for the perfor- mance of such work or part thereof, to-wit: 1. General Construction Company, Fort Worth, Texas 2. Texas Bitulithic Company, Fort Worth, Texas that such Bide be and the same are hereby referred to the Public Works Depart- ment, which is directed to cause to be promptly filed with the City Counail a report and recommendation thereon. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
