'ihat section 9 of ordinance wo. 46, passed i,ovember 5th 1907, entitled "An ordinance providing for the protect.lon of the health of the inhabitants, the destruction and prevention of nuisances, the cleansing of premises, removal of night-soil and other garbage, and the licensing of persons to remove night-soil a-rid other garbage, fixing penalties for violation of same,ar_d 1 providing ror. the repeal of ordinance No.25, and all ordinances in conflict herewith" , be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as f ollowss ec. 2. All garbage, save and except night-soil, shall be carted away and removed in the day time. 1dight-soil shall be taken away and removed between the hours of nine o'clock at night and five o'clock the following morning. it shall be unlawful for the garbage-officer, his assistant or assistants, or any other per- son or persons wh&�soever, to transport, convey or haul any night- soil or garbage of any kind or description, upon, alone, over or across any street, thoroughfare, avenue, lane, alley, park or other public place, within the corporate limits of t_.e Cit7 of Port 'krorth at any other time than that hereinabove srecified. Any person viola -tinQ the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by fine in an7r sum not exceeding one-hundred dollars. ` ec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and t11e same are hereby repealed. Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as prescribed by law. I hereby certify that the above and foregoing ordinance was pre- sented and unanimously passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, at a session held August 4th, 1908.
