Reservation" in Fort Worth, so that said described lot shall be excluded from the fire li its, ae set out in said Building Code, with limitation as to usage. Said block of land lying immediately South, but not adjoining the Texas and Pacific Rail- way Company, and Fast of Jennings Avenue in the said City of Fort Worth, and is more particularly described as follows, the same being a p• rt of what is known ^e the "T. & P.
