An Ordinance excepting from the provisions of -
Part 14, sections 88, 88a and 88b of the Building Code, as
the s-une appears at p gee 286, 287 nd 288 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Fort '"orth, a er- ll plot of ground
hereinafter described, lying immediato.,ly South of the Texas
and Pacific Railroad Track, nd on whet is known •�s the
"T. & P. Reservation" in Fort Worth, so that said described
lot shall be excluded from the fire li its, ae set out
in said Building Code, with limitation as to usage.

Section 1. The following described plot of
land be, and the Game is- hereby decl• red to be without
the fire limits set out in sections 88, 88a and 88b p^.rt
14 of the Building Code, as the s -me nppears a'_ -n-,,,•s
286, 287, and 288 of the Revised Ordinances of the City
of Fort Worth. Said block of land lying immediately
South, but not adjoining the Texas and Pacific Rail-
way Company, and Fast of Jennings Avenue in the said
City of Fort Worth, and is more particularly described
as follows, the same being a p• rt of what is known ^e
the "T. & P. Reservation;"
Beginning at intersection of the North line
of Railroad Avenue with the East line of Jennings Avenue;
Thence East with the North line of Railroad Avenue, (tlis
being the South line of the Texas & Pacific Railroad right-
of-way) 700' to 4 nointl; Thence North t right ,ngleq to
first mentioned line 359' to n nnlrt; Thence ':'r-atward ;;long
