HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 2168 ORDINANCE NO.� a AN ORDINANCE FIXING DIFFERENT USES OF BUILD- INGS HEREAFTER ERECTED IN THE FOLLOWING DE- SCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE NO. 2082, SAME BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, certain errors, irregularities and hardships have developed as a result of restriction of uses in certain areas under Ordinance No. 2082, the existing Zoning Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that these errors, irregularities and hardships be corrected; IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described irp uses in the hereinafter described areas be changed, altered and amended as shown after the areas hereinafter described, to wit; A R E A F R O M T O All of Block 8, Patillo's Addition; lots 1 to 7, inclusive; and lots 9 to 16, inclusive; Emory College Sub of Block 9, Patillo's Addition "B" "C" All of Block 1, Linwood Addition; and Outlot B, Block 5, Westgate Addition "B" NEW All property, fronting Binkley Street from Vickery Blvd. North to adjoin "J" District; 155 ft. West of Binkley Street and 160 ft. East of Binkley Street "B" "C■ Lots 10 to 18, inclusive, Block 7; and All of Block 10, Forest Park Place "A" "B" SECTION 2.
