AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF GRAYSON
AVENUE BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 24, BLOCK 50, AND LOTS
12 AND 13, BLOCK 45, BELMONT PARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUl9TY, TEXAS, BE VA-
CATO, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE RE-
VERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the following described portion of Grayson Avenue be and the .
same is hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or pub-
lic thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever:
That portion of Grayson Avenue lying between NW 18th
Street and NW 19th Street, the same being between
Lots 1 and 24, Block 50, and Lots 12 and 13, Block
45, Belmont Park Addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said street is hereby released and will
revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law, save and except that an
easement is reserved for any and all existing utilities.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION $.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
fran and after the date of its passage.
