ROAD AND ULRICKSON DRIVE ADJACENT TO BLOCK 2, WMT-
CREEK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAR.RANT
COUNTY, TMM, BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED?
PROVIDING POR TEO REVERSION OF TFx INTEREST OF THE
CITY OF PORT WORTH IN SAID LANDr REPEALING ALL OR-
DINANCE3 IN CONFLICT HERMIXTH? AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAFt
SECTION 1.
That the following public rights-of-way adjacent to Block
2, Wastcreek Addition to the City of Fort worth, Tarrant
County, Texas, be and the same are hereby closed, abandoned
and permanently vacated as streets or public thoroughfares
of any kind or character whatever.
Skyler Drive, a width of 60 feet and a length of
543 feet?
Templar Road, a width of 60 feet and a length of
330 feet? and
Ulrickson Drive, a width of 60 feet and a length
of 1,040 feet.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of Fort Worth in the fee to
the land in said streets is hereby released and shall revert
to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage.

/ The Trailwood Land Company, owner of all adjoining property, has requested
✓✓✓ that the City vacate the public rights-of-way adjacent to Block 2, Westcreek
Addition, as shown on the attached map and described below:
1) Skyler Drive a width of 60 feet and a length of 543 feet;
2) Templer Road a width of 60 feet and a length of 330 feet;
3) Ulrickson Drive a width of 60 feet and a length of 1,040 feet.

The subject rights-of-way, acquired by dedication, are unimproved. If this
request is granted, the applicant intends to plat the vacated rights-of-,way
with adjoining property. City departments and private utility companies have
reviewed this request and have no objections provided the applicant plats
the vacated rights-of-way with adjoining property. The City Plan Commission
has reviewed this request and recommends adoption of an ordinance vacating
the public right-of-sway as requested and the applicant has submitted .a
satisfactory replat.
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject rights-of
way as recommended by the City Plan Commission.
