AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 29129
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and MWH Americas, Inc ("Engineer")
entered into City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 29129 on October 6, 2003; and
WHEREAS, City and Engineer subsequently amended CSC No. 29129 by CSC Nos.
30078, 30956, 32286 and 33410, to amend the scope of services and increase the total amounts
to be paid to Engineer under the Agreement. CSC Nos. 29129, 30078, 30956, 32286 and 33410
are collectively referred to as the "Contract," and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for the implementation and
deployment of strategic information technology solutions for the Capital Project Management
System("CPMS"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized additional funding for the CPMS project
pursuant to M&C C-20183 on August 5, 2004, and M&C C-21292 on February 7, 2006; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to include a revised scope of
services and adjust the project budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into this agreement which amends the Contract as follows:

Article I Section A of the Contract is hereby amended to include the additional consulting
services specified in Attachment A-3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
services specified herein will be at no additional cost to the City.

Attachment C of the Contract is hereby amended by Attachment C-1, which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein, to re-allocate funds and adjust the budgets for the tasks specified
in Attachment A-3. This amendment will be of no additional cost to the City, and will not
increase the total fee to be paid to Engineer under the Contract beyond the authorized not to
exceed amount of$7,074,207.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract that are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
(Revised January 2008)
The role of M" America's Inc. (Engineer) under this contract amendment will be to provide
Program Management, Provisions of Best Practice Recommendations, Quality Assurance/Quality
Control, Sub Contractor Management and MBE/WBE compliance and Monitoring Services
associated with modifications of the integration components between the CPMS and the City's
financial system.
The parties agree to amend the tasks specified below as follows:
Task 8—CPMS Program Management
The Engineer shall provide program management services to complete the revisions to the
integration components between the CPMS and the City's financial system.
Task 11 —CPMS Implementation and Systems Integration
The Engineer and Skire, Inc. (Implementation Engineer) shall provide all the necessary services
to re-design, configure, test and deploy the integration components between the CPMS and the
City's financial system.

TASKS BUDGET
(Revised January 2008)
The budget allocations to offset the Contract changes for the tasks as defined in Attachment A-3
are hereby amended as follows:
I. Available Funding under Current MWH Contract Tasks Budgets
• Water Information Technology Program—Task 5 Budget- $8,832
• Water Information Technology Program—Task 14 Budget- $129,859
• Total Available Funds - $138,691
II. Available Funding Approved pursuant to M&C C-21292
The additional funding allocation of $90,369 (the "contingency amount"), which is the
remaining amount authorized by M&C C-21292 approved by the City Council on
February 7, 2007, was not originally included in the contract total of MWH Amendment
No. 4, CSC No. 33410. This contingency amount will be released to Engineer to increase
the authorized CPMS project budget from $3,942,100 to the authorized "not to exceed"
amount of$4,032,469.
III. Revised Tasks Budgets
The available funds in the above Section I will be re-allocated and added to the
previously authorized contingency amount to increase the budgets for Task 8 and Task 11
in the amount of$229,060. The funds will be allocated as follows:
• Task 8—CPMS Program Management
Re-allocation amount—$31,726
Budget increased from$522,023 to $553,749
• Task 11—CPMS Configuration and Integration
Re-allocation amount—$197,334
Budget increased from$2,041,534 to $2,238,868
