AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT ALL THAT PORTION OF HAGLER STREET LYING SOUTH OF LOT 10, BLOCK 18, FRISCO HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ABAN— DONED, VACATED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; RESERVING AN EASEMENT THEREIN FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES; RE— PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, that it is to the best interest of the public that a portion of Hagler Street, as hereinafter described, should be abandoned, vacated and closed as a public thoroughfare and the fee to the land in said street revert as provided by law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of Hagler Street be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as a public street or thoroughfare of any kind whatsoever: All that portion of Hagler Street lying south of Lot 10, Block 18, Frisco Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said street is hereby released and will revert to the owners as provided by law. SECTION 9. The easement for all public utilities is hereby reserved. SECTION 1.. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed• SECTION 5.
