Kirkpatrick Elementary School Auditorium on March 28, 1966, for the assessment paving of Southwest Access Road to Meacham Field, Project 104-22000-134. The procedures concerning owner participation in the cost of paving, including methods and policies of determining assessments, street construction standards, and method of payment were explained to the one person in attendance. UNIT 1 - 36th STREET - Chestnut Avenue to Southwest Access Road Mr. J. V. Hampton, 2800 N. Houston, Owner of Lot 20, Block 4, Airport Acres Addition, protested the assessment of $540.00 stating he felt the value of the lot would not be increased in an amount equal to the assessment. The Engineering and Land Divisions have reviewed the assessments against side lot properties within this project and the consensus is that the benefits to the property are not equal to the assessments levied by policy. The area is one of low income housing and low property values. The Public Works Department recommends the assess- ments on the following side lots be reduced as follows: STANDARD PROPOSED RECOMMENDED OWNER LEGAL DESCRIPTION ASSESSMENT REDUCTION ASSESSMENT J. y.
