Honorable Mayor and Re: Requested Alley Closing,
Members of the City Council Block 4 Clay Withers
City of Fort Worth Addition
Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen%
A request has, been received from the owner of the adjacent property for
closing of a portion of the 10 foot alley in Block 49 Clay Withers Ad-
dition as shown on the attached plat, to allow the reconstruction of com-
mercial development.
The Public Works and City Planning Departments have investigated this
request, have contacted all interested parties, and have found no objections
to the closing. This alley has not been used by the general public or for
utility services.
It is recomended that an ordinance be adopted closing a portion of the 10
foot alley in Block 4, Clay Withers Addition.
