The Fogg Street project was originally deleted from the paving contract on August 10, 1964, but was reinstated on August 31, 1964 in response to requests by several adjacent property owners (M&C's C-339 and G-686). A description of the project is as follows : ROADWAY UNIT STREET LIMITS WIDTH R.O.W. 15 Fogg Street From May St. to St. Louis 30' 45' Of the project cost totaling $7,741 .25, which includes engineering, inspection, and miscellaneous expenses, the adjacent property owners would pay $5,200, and the City $2,541.25. It is the opinion of the Public Works Department that each parcel of property is benefited in an amount equal to or in excess of the amount proposed for assessment. It is requested that the City Council determine: 1) Whether the project should be deleted from the contract for construction at this time; or, 2) Whether an ordinance should be adopted closing the hearing and levying the assessments as listed on the roll.
