Greer, Trustees of Magnolia Petroleum Com- pany, a Joint stock association, having its principal office at Galveston, Galveston County, Texas, and to the survivor or survivors of them in trust for said Company and unto their assigne,to be held by said Trustees, their successors in trust, and the survivor or survivors of them subject to their declaration of trust of date April 24th., 1911, recorded in book 450, page 339, Deed Records Tarrant County, Tomas, and to the articles of asso- ciation and by-laws of said Company, present and future; the right, license and permit to install, equip, maintain, repair and operate a line of pipes for the purpose of conveying crude petroleum or the products of crude petroleum, on, upon, over and under certain portions of streets and high- ways within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth',, subject to all the terms, agreements, provisions and etipalatione contained in Ordinance Number 417, of record book G, page 89, Minutes of this Commissioners' Courts BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE BOARD OF COMMISSIONEBS OF TEE CITY OF FORT WITH, SECTION 1. The right, license and perWit is hereby given and granted unto John Sealy, Z.- R. Brown, E. E. Plumly, R. Waverly Smith and Goo. C. Greer, 'Trustees of Magnolia Petroleum Compoagr, a joint stock asso- ciation, having its principal office at Galveston, Texas, their successors in trust, the survivor or survivors of them in trust for said Company, azd unto their assigns, to be held by said Trustees, their successors in trust, the survivor or -survivors of them, or their assigns, subject to the Trus- tees' declaration of trust of date April 24th., 1911, recorded in book 450, page 339, Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas* reference to which is here made, and the articles of association and by-lame of the Company, present and iotare. for a term of twenty-five years from the date of the acceptance of ordinance No. 417, to lay, equip, maintain, repair and operate a line of pipes of different, necessary and convenient sizes and dimensions for the purpose of conveying therein and through the same crude petroleum or the products of crude petroleum to be supplied and sold therefrom to the in- habitants and various business or industrial.or manufacturing institutions within the City of Fort Worth;and also to transport same for hire along, over, upon, under and across the hereinafter described streets within the City of Fort Worth, said lines to be laid and constructed within a reason- able time along and over the following described route within the said City of Fort Worth, towits Beginning at a point in close proximity to the North line of Railroad Avenue-at the intersection of Jones Street, and at this point eonaeoting with the pipe line heretofore constructed by grantee under and by virtue of Ordinan No. 417 ani two Ordinances supplemental thereto, towits Nor. a ; #bqnce Test parallel and adjacent to the North boundara -line of said Railroad ITenue across South Main 9treet-to--ths-- Southeast corner of the Texas & Pacific reservation; also, thereafter con- necting with an extension of the line jest described across said Texas & Pacific Railroad reservation in a Northwesterly direction at a point on the West line of the City viaduct in Jennings Avenue; thence North along the West side of said viaduct and said Jennings Avenue a distance of 477 feet, more or less, to the North Line of North Street; thence West along the NRrtu Line of North Street to Munroe Street. SEC_ TI0N 2. That the rights, licenses and permits hereby grant- ed to said Trustees are subject to and controlled by all conditions, stip- ulations, covenants and agreements contained in said Ordinance Wo, 417, of record Bock a, page 89 Mimites of this Commissioners' COUVt, and the rights, licenses and permits hereby granted are as pert and par of said Ordinance No. 417 under the provisions in said Ordi�noe oontained, authorizing this Board of Commissioners to grant the rights herein conferred. That thin Ordinance shall talm effect and be in full force from and after its passage, subject to its being published once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage thereof in one newspaper published within the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
