Tuesday, Yarch 10, :-. 7. IgSt, and upon roll call the following were present: Willard Burton, Mayor, John Alderman and Chester L. Jones, Commissioners, constituting a quorum of the said Board, and the following proceedings among other things were had and done: Commissioner Alderman, seconded by Commissioner Jones, moved the passage and adoption of the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO.
