AN ORDINANCE requiring theatres, moving picture theatres, moving ' picture shows and orchestral concert halls,within the limits of the City of Fort Worth, to be 1lcensed,and fixing a penalty. BE IT ORDEINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH: Sec. 1 . It shall herehfter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate, conduct, exhibit or be concerned in the operation or exhibition, within the limits of the City of Fort Worth, of any theatre, moving picture theatre, moving picture show or orchestral concert hall, as the same are defined and classified by the provisions of Ordinance No. 504, the same being a referendum ordinance finally passed by the Board of 016mmissioners on the 3rd day of A-pril, A. D. 1918, without the license provided for in said Ordinance No.504. Sec. 2. Any person, firm or corporation vioj&%Jng any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than $25.00 nor more than $200.00, and each day of such violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage add five days' publication, as required by law. Approved as to Form: Corporation Counsel.
