AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT
ENTERED INTO BY AND BE77GM CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND LANE STAR GAS COMPANY, PROVIDING FOR THE
LAYING OF LINES AND SUPPLYING GAS TO VETERANS
HOUSING PROJECT, NOW KNOWN AS PARKSIDE ADDITION,
TO FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT NTH, TEW:
I
That the contract entered into by and between the City of Fort
Worth, Texas, and Lone Star Gas Company on March 6, 1946, providing
for the laying of lines and supplying gas to Veterans' Housing
Project, now known as Parkside Addition, to the City of Fort Worth,
Texas, is hereby adopted and approved.
II
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after the date of its passage.
