_E3 IT ORDAINED BY THB BOARD OY COME SSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH:
See. 11 That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to efirect, build or place any post, pole or
other like structure in, upon or along any street, sidewalk,
alley or other public way or thoroughfare within the following
described territory in the corporate limits of the City of
Fort Worth, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Throckm-
orton Street with the south lane of Belknap #treat; thence south
along the east li a of T�wvekmcrton Street -W nqM XING -
of the Texas & Pacific Railway Reservatiaa)�to the was line of
Rusk Street; thence north along the west line of Rusk Street
to its intersection with the south line of Belknap Street;thence
west along the south line of Belknap Street to the place of
beginning.
Sec. 2. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any
of the terms of this ordinance shall k upon Eonviction ther of
be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Sec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall take effect
i -f°roai and `after its passage and publication as required 'by
law.
I hereby certify that t)* above and foregoing ordinance was duly
presented and imanimously passed by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Port Worth at a meeting held June the 29th, 1909.
