AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF FIVE THOU-
SAND, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($5,622.50)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE FIRST SEMI-ANNUAL INSTALLMENT
OF INTEREST ON THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($325,000.00) WORTH OF INCINERATOR BONDS, SERIES 88, AUTHORIZED
TO BE ISSUED BY ORDINANCE NO. 36ol, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON
WEDNESDAY, THE 27TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1957•
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FO1P R ; TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Five Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-two and 50/100 Dol-
lars ($5,622.50) be appropriated out of the unappropriated balance in
the General Fund of the City of Fort Worth to pay the first semi-annual
installment of interest to be due and payable on the first day of Septem-
ber, A. D. 1957, on negotiable coupon bonds of the City of Fort Worth,
Texas, authorized to be issued by the City Council of said City by Ordi-
nance No. 3601, on Wednesday, the 27th day of February, A. D. 1957, in
the principal sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($325,000.00) and being designated as "Incinerator Bonds," Series 88.
SECTION 2.
That the appropriation herein made shall be transferred and placed in
a separate fund and shall be devoted to the payment of the interest on
said bonds when said interest becomes due and payable, and shall not be
used, applied or diverted to any other purpose or object whatsoever.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
