ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG
THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT "D," BLOCK 19, WEDGWOOD ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM THE WEST
LINE OF LOT 18-R IN SAID BLOCK 19 TO A POINT FIVE FEET WEST
OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 'd'IN SAID BLACK; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REVERSION OF THE FEE,TO SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the five foot utility easement along the north line of Tract "D,"
Block 19, Wedgwood Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
from the west line of Lot 18 R in said Block 19 to a point five feet west of
the west line of Lot "C" in said Block 19, be and the same is hereby ex-
tinguished, vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as an easement for
public utilities.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said easement above described is hereby re-
leased and will revert to the owner as provided by law.
SECTION 3•
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.

Honorable Mayor and
Members of the 'City Council Re: Proposed Closing of 5-
City of Fort Worth foot Utility Easement,
Block 19, Wedgwood Addn.
Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen:
The Public Works Department has received a request for the closing of
the 5-foot utility easement along the north line of Tract D, Block 19,
Wedgwood Addition from the Riverside Development Corporation. The
Utility easements in this area have been relocated with the revision
of Block 19, Wedgwood Addition. The subject easement is now in conflict
with- the present dedication.
The Public Works Department has made an investigation of this request
and has found no objections to the requested closing. The easement to
be closed is as follows:
The five-foot utility easement along the north line of
Tract D. Block 19, Wedgwood Addition, from the west line
of Lot 18-R, said Block 19, to a point five feet west of
the west line of Lot C, said Block i9.
It is recommended that the necessary Ordinance for the closing of the
easement as described above be adopted.
