AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3800, WHICH IS AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF SANGUINET STREET AND A PORTION OF HULEN STREET BE VACATED, ABAN- DONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF ALL OTHER ORDINANCES HERETOFORE ADOPTED AND REPEAL- ING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3800 is hereby amended, and, after being so amended, it shall read as follows: Section 1. That the following described portions of streets in the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same are hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as streets or public thoroughfares of any kind or character whatever: All that portion of Sanguinet Street lying between the southwesterly line of Lot "A," Block 10, and the east line of Lot "G," Block 10, Sunset Heights South Addition, approved by the City Plan Commission on July 15, 1957, and recorded in Volume -3W-10 at page 1, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas; and All that portion of Hulen Street within Pearl Slaughter Subdivision. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said streets is hereby released and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities. SECTION 3. That this ordinance is cumulative of all other ordinances heretofore adopted by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth with the exception, however, that all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
