HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 3305 ORDINANCE N0. 3305 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEE69ED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHCFN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN E.YFECTIVE DATE- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to Wits RECONkMED CHANGE AREAS FRCK TO Lots 15 through 20, Block 132, Chamberlin Arlington Heights, First Filing "B" "E" (5200 Block of W. Rosedale) W.1501 5.300t of Tract 1-A, Hagan Heirs out of the John Childress Survey "B" "E" (2100 Block of Jacksboro Highway) Lots 7 and 8, Block 10, Southland Subdivision, Fields-Welch Addition; and the East one-half of Lot lit, Dissel Tract "D" "E" (900 Block of EighthAvenus) Lots 1 through 12, Block 133, Chamberlin Arlington Heights, First Filing "B" "E" (5300 Block of W. Rosedale Street) Lots 28, 29 and 30, Block 1, North Riverside Estates Addition "IC" "B" (300 Block of Fairvimr Street) Lots 13 through 19, Block 37; Lots 6 through 12, Block 36; Lots 13 through 24, Block 46; and Lots 1 through 12, Block 47, South Hemphill Heights Addition "C" "E" (3100 and 3200 Blocks of Hemphill Street) Tracts 1, 1—A-1, 1 A 1—B, 1►1—C, and 1—B, D. M. Helms Survey (Brentwood Hills Addition) Annexed "A" (1500, 1600 and 1700 Blks. Oak Hill Road) Area Lots 13 through 20, Block 3; and Lots 16 and 17, Block 6, Westover Acres Annexed "A" (5700 and 5800 Blocks of Volder Drive) Area Tracts A, B, C, D and E; Block 31, Wedgewood Addition; and Tract 1, Wm. J. Morgan Survey Annexed "E" Area The remainder of James Shields Survey; Tract 1—B, Wm. J. Morgan Survey; and the remainder of Tract 3, Texas & Pacific Railway Company Survey (Wedgewood Addition Annexed W Area SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the acme shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any, part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of arW of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
