AN ORDINANCE No.
REPEALING Ordinance No.355, heretofore passed on February let,1913,by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Fort Wort$,Texas,levying and assessing the owners of
property,and their property abutting on Edwards Street,in the City of Fort Worth,Texas
between its intersection with the east line of Kentucky Avenue,and its intersection
with the west line of Exeter Street,and cancelling the personal liability of the
property owner■ and the lien on their property.
BE IT ORDAINED,by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort north, Texas,that,
Whereas,on February let, 1913,tho4oard of Commissioners of the City by Ordinance
No.355,duly passed by said Board levied an assessment against the hereinafter named
persons and their said property,and created a personal liability against them and a
lien on their property to secure the payment of same,for the improvement,by filling,
raising,grading and paving of Edwards Street between its intersection with the east
line of Kentucky Avenue and the west line of Exeter Strest,in favor of the-Texas
Bitulithic Company,contractore fora said improvement.
AND WHEREAS,eaid improvement has never been done and all parties at interest,to wit:
The Texas Bitulithic Company,Contractor,and the City of Fort Worth consented and
agreed to the cancellation of the contract between the City of Fort Worth and the
Texas Bitulithic Company.
AND WHEREAS, all od said parties and corporations have agreed and consented to the
cancellation and eetting aside of the said Ordinance No.355,whwrein a personal
liability was created against the hereinafter named property owners,and a lien
createdon their respective pieces of property to secure the said assessment and for
naught held.
IT IS FURTHER ORDIINEDby the said Board of Commissioners in regular session assembled
that—esid Ordina*" %,J55,as above mentioned be and the some is hereby not aside,
cancelled and for naught held,and the personal liability against the hereinafter named
person,persona,or corporations, and the lien created on their respective pieces of
property be and the same,are set aside,cancelled and for naught held,The name of
the said ownere,description of the property of each,the total amount in money aseesaed
against eaoh,and his property,being as follows ,to wit;
