AN ORDINANCE No. O, REPEALING Ordinance No. 316 heretofore passed on February lst,191_3 , by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth,levying and assessing the owners of property abutting on New York Avenue in the City of Fort Worth, Texas,between its intersection$ with the South line of Terr is 1 Avg=.o , and its intersection with the North line of Maddox Avenue _,and cancelling the personal liability of the property owners and the lien on their property. 9$-ja ARDA1*rW;S U.y- -$onrd of-Commissioners of the City of Fort 'Forth,Texas,that,Whereas on Februgry Igt. 1913 ,the Board of Commissioners of the said City by Ordinance-No. 6 duly passed by the said Board levied an assessment against the hereinafter named persons and their said property,and created a personal liability against them and a lien on their property to secure the payment of same,for the improvement,by filling,raising,grading and paving of New York Avenue between its intersection with the South line of Terrell Avenue qnd its intersection with the North no of Maddox Avenue in favor of the Texas Bitulithic Company,contractors for said improvements. AND,WHEREAS,said improvement has never been done and all parties at interest,to wit: The contractor,Texas Bitulithic Company and the City of Fort Worth consented and agreed to the cancellation of the contract between the City of Fott Worth and the Texas Bitulithic Company. AND WHEREAS,all of said parties and corporations have agreed and consented to the cancellation and setting aside of the said Ordinance No. 21L_,wherein a personal liability was created against the hereinafter named property ownere,and a lien created on their respective pieces of property to secure the said assessment and for naught held. IT IS FURTHER ORDINNED,by the said Board of Commissioners in regular session assembled that said Ordinance No.156 ,as above mentioned be and the same is hereby set aside,cancelled and for naught held,and the pesonal liability against the hereinafter named person,persons or corporations,and the lien created on their respective pieces of property be and the same,are set sside,cancelled and for naught held.The names of the said owners,description of the property od each,the total amount in'money assessed against each,and his property,being as follows: to wit: PAVING ASSESSt►ENT FOR NEW YORK AVENUE FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TERRELL AVENUE TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF MADDOX AVENUE.
