FOREST PAP.K BOULEVARS) AND GREENIEAVENUE IN
BLOCK A AND ALSO THAT PAFT OF THE ALLEY BE-
TWEEN FOREST PARK BOULEVARL AND GREENQAVENUE
IN BLOCK Z, UNIVERSITY PLACE ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FORT NORTH.
WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board of Commis-
sioners that that part of Greene Avenue between Cassell
Boulevard and Douglas Avenue; that part of Yale Street
between Forest Park Boulevard and Greene Avenue and alleys
in block A and 2 between Forest Park Boulevard in
University Place Addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Texas are not now being used as streets, alleys or pub-
lic thoroughfares; and
WHEREAS, it further appearing-to the Board of
Commissioners that all adjacent xroperty owners to said
parcels of land and the owners of all i.roperty in said
plat and addition are desirous of having same closed,
vacated and abandoned, and that it will be for the best
interests of the public if said thoroughfares are closed,
vacated and permanently abandoned; NOVI, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF FORT
SECTION I
That that part of Green2Avenue from Cavell Boulevard
to Douglas Avenue; that part of Yale Street from Forest Park
Boulevard to GreeneAvenue and the alleys in block A and
2 of University Place Addition to the City of Fort North
between Forest Park Boulevard and GreeneAvenue be and
the same are hereby vacated, closed and permanently
abandoned as streets, alleys or public thoroughfares.
SECTION II
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
