An Ordinance designating sites and places
places upon
which shall be erected Fire Halls Numbers 3, 5, and 7,
of the City of Fort Worth, and providing that the
op total proceeds of the bond issue of January 24th, 1911,
Tor the purpose of erecting Fire Halls and acquiring neces-
sary lands therefor" shall be expended for such purpose
and for no other purpose, and also providing the purpose
for which said Fire Halls shall be used.
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: ,
That Fire Halls numbers 3, 5, and 7, of the Dity of Fort Worth
shall be erected upon the following lots and parcels of land,
' respectively:
Fire Hall Number 3, upon lots 15 and 16, Block Kl,
Daggett's Addition to the City of Fort Worth;
Fire Hall Number 5, upon lot 2 and 3, Block 34, Tucker's
Addition to the City of Fort Worth; and
Fire Hall Number 7, upon Lots 1199 and 1200, Block 43,
Hyde Park Addition to the City of Fort Worth.
Section 2.
That the sum of $95,000.00 the total proceeds arising from
issuance of $95,000.00 of bonds on the 24th day of January, A. D.
1911, "for the purpose of erecting Fire Hall and acquiring necessai�
lands therefor", be expended for the erection and building of said
Fire Halls and for acquiring the aforesaid lots and parcels of land,
and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Section 3.
That said Fire Halls shall be devoted to the following
uses only, to-wit: The housing of necessary equipment belonging
to the Fire Department and that is necessary and proper to be used
at said Fire Halls and to furnish sleeping quarters and shelter
for such members of said Fire Department as shall be necessary
and proper to operate said Fire apparatus at said Fire Halls.
Section 4.
This Ord nance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
