AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEM® BEST BY FIX- ING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREA FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: REOOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO A one (1) acre tract in the G. J. Assabranner Survey, located at the southeast corner of Miller and Eastland Avenues, fronting 208.69 feet on Miller Avenue and 208.69 feet on Eastland Avenue Annexed *1w Area A portion of the G. J. Asaabranner Survey lying adjacent to and south of Eastland Avenue, and 206.69 feet east of Miller Ave- nue, extending 792 feet to the east and extending 120 feet north and south Annexed RA" Area A portion of the G. J. Assabranner Survey lying parallel to and 120 feet south of Eastland Avenue, and adjacent to and east of Miller Avenue, and extending 1380 feet north and south and 1000 feet east and test, and excluding the one acre tract located at the southeast corner of Miller and Eastland Avenues Annexed "BN Area SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. 9,c. SECTION 3• Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not leas than Five and H9/100 Dollars 45.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to east shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
