HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 3419 r j ORDINANCE NO. -3�9 BAN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOUN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011, PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE, PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOIATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Tract 2 D (9 acres) in the John Watson Survey; and the south side of White Settlement Road to the river bank from 4651 White Settlement Road east to the bridge "B" "E" (4400 and 4500 blks. of White Settlement Rd.) The East 300 feet of Tract 1-B, G. Hernandez Survey, except the West 120 feet of said Tract "B" "K" (U. S. Hwy. No. 81) Tract 1-B, G. Hernandez Survey, except the West 120 feet Annexed "Kw Area Lots 3 through 15, Block 7; South Summit Heights Addition "B" "E" (3400 blk. McCart Street and Forest Park Blvd.) Lots 9 through 24, Block 69; and Lots 1 through 6, Block 88, North Fort Worth Addition "C" "D* (1100 block of Central Avenue) All of Lot D, Masonic Home Addition, First Ming; and the North 68 feet of Lot 4, .Block 1, Masonic Home Addition, Second Filing "B" "E" (3600 block of Vaughn Blvd.) /6 4 Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Haines Place Addition; and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, J. 0. Hart Subdivision of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Haines Place Addition "B" & "C" "E" (5100 Blk. E. Lancaster and 400 and 500 Blks. of Tierney Road) Lots 12-A and 12--B, and the West one-half of Lot 13, Oak Lawn Addition "'B" "E" (4600 block of Wichita Street) Lots 24 through 30, Block 1; and Lots 1 through 7, Block 2, Martindale Subdivision "B" "E-R"' (2600 block of La Salle) Block 8-A, Eastwood Addition, Fourth Filing "A" "E" (N. E. C. of Eastland St. and Village Creek Rd.) Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 17; and Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 11, K. M. Van Zandts, Second Addition "C"' "E" (2900 block of West 6th Street) Lots 21 through 302 Block 43, Chamberlin Arlington Heights, First Filing "C" "E" (4800 block of Collinwood Avenue) SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the.Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3• Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shp1.1 be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
