The project includes the following: Street Limits Roadway Width R.Q.W. Ayers Street Avenue "G" to Mt. Vernon 36 feet 50-65 feet The limits of the proposed paving are reduced from Meadpwbrook to Mount Vernon Street in accordance with Council action on July 10, 1967, when the contract was awarded. It is the opinion of the Public Works Department that each parcel of property is benefited in an amount equal to or in excess of the amount recommended for assessments. A professional real estate appraiser has been retained to evaluate the enhancements resulting from the paving improve- ments and he will be available in the Council Chamber to offer testimony at the benefit hearing as may be necessary. Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted closing the hearing and levy- ing the assessments.
