ORDINANCE NO. Z LAG
AN ORDINANCE FIXING DIFFERENT USES OF BUILDINGS HEREAFTER
ERECTED IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS
SHOWN ON THE MAPS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE NO. 20823- SAME
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, certain errors, irregularities and hardships have developed as a
result of restriction of uses in certain areas under Ordinance No. 2082, the
existing Zoning Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that these errors, irregu-
larities and hardships be corrected;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in
the hereinafter described areas be changed, altered and amended as shown after the
areas hereinafter described, to wit;
RECOMMENDED CHANGE
AREA FROM TO
A tract of land fronting 150 ft. on
Coventry Place and fronting 120.6 ft. on
White Settlement Road, and a tract 150 ft.
square along the east line of Coventry
Place and south line of White Settlement
Road, in the J.W. Conner Survey "Bit "E"
A strip of land 135 ft. deep fronting west
on North University Drive from present "E"
Commercial zone at White Settlement and
University Drive north to Park Drive rrB" "E"
Lot 12, Block 18 and Lot 12, Block 19,
Worth Hills Addition "B" "E"
East 50 ft. of Lot 4, and Lot 5, Block 1;
Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Tyler's Lake Park
Place; Lots 112, 115, 114, and 115, Block 9
McConnell's Addition, Lots 1 to 5 inclusive,
Block 10, Spencer's Subdivision, and Lots
3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 1,
Mansfield Addition "B" "C"
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage.
