AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE TWENTY FOOT STRIP OF LAND
BETWEEN TRACTS 234 AND 235, A. MCLEMDRE SURVEY, IN THE CITY
OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE VACATED, ABANDONED
AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID
LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE I*-
MEDIATELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the twenty foot strip of land between Tracts 234 and 235, A.
McLemore Survey, in the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, be
and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a
street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever.
SECTION 2*
That the fee to the land in said twenty foot strip is hereby re-
leased and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed,
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in Rill force and ef-
fect from and after the date of its passage.
