AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF EAST ROSE- DALE STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of East Rosedale Street be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever: A strip of land starting at the northeast corner of Block Z-1 extending eastward approximately 200 feet and extending at an angle southwest approximately 100 feet to the intersection of the right of way for the present extension of East Rosedale, and extending west- ward along that right of way approximately 200 feet to intersect Block Z-1, then extending in a northeasterly direction back to the northeast corner of Block Z-1, Carver Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, SECTION 2. That the control and supervision of said land as a street and public thoroughfare is hereby released and the fee simple title shall revert to adja- cent ownership, as provided by law, subject to existing easements which are hereby preserved and retained for all public utilities. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
