AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THE SANITARY SEWER EASE- MENT IN BLOCK 9, SANDIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the hereinafter described sanitary sewer easement in Block 9, Sandidge Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same is hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as a sanitary sewer easement: All that portion of the easement for the existing sanitary sewer 11O feet south of West Cannon Avenue and extending west from the west line of South Lake Street. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said easement above described is hereby re- leased and will revert to the owner as provided by law. SECTION 3- That-all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. Harris Hospital owns all of Blocks 8 dAd 9 ,6t Sandidge Addition. T-he existing Hospital is bcated , n Block 8, and proposed to be extended to the south across the portion of West Cannon Street previously closed and into Block t.
