AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, BY CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SAID STREETS AND ALLEYS IN ORDER TO DESCRIBE THE SAME MORE FULLY AND ACCURATELY, SAID ORDINANCE HEREAFTER TO PROVIDE THAT ALL THE STREETS AND ALLEYS BETWEEN THE NORTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE EAST-WEST FREEWAY AND THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF THE CLEAR - FORK OF THE TRINITY RIVER IN THE FOLLOWING BLOCKS BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED: IN BLOCKS 33, 34, 35 AND 36 OF EDWARDS HEIRS ADDITION; IN BLOCKS 4 AND 5 OF L. J. HAWKINS ADDITION; IN BLOCKS 1 AND 2 OF L. J. HAWKINS SUB- DIVISION OF BLOCK 33 OF EDWARDS HEIRS ADDITION; AND IN BLOCKS 1 AND 2 OF L. J. HAWKINS SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 36 OF EDWARDS HEIRS ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That all of the streets and alleys between the northwest right of way line of the East-West Freeway and the southeast line of the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in the following blocks be and the same are hereby closed, abandoned and permaneat]y vacated as streets, alleys or public thoroughfares of any kind or character whatever: In Blocks 33, 34, 35 and 36 of Edwards Heirs Addition; In Blocks 4 and 5 of L. J. Hawkins Addition; In Blocks 1 and 2 of L. J. Hawkins Subdivision of Block 33 of Edwards Heirs Addition; and In Blocks 1 and 2 of L. J. Hawkins Subdivision of Block 36 of Edwards Heirs Addition. SECTION 2. That the fee to the laid in said streets and alleys is hereby, re- leased and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities, in- cluding an easement for the existing Texas Electric Service Companyts trans- mission line in the alley in Block 5, L. J. Hawkins Addition. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. J. Hawkins Subdivision, pursuant to the recommendation of M&C PW0512. The legal description in Ordinance No. 4385 is lacking in clarity as to the exact streets and alleys which are to be closed. It is recommended that a revised ordinance be adopted for the closing of the streets and alleys in Edwards Heirs Addition, L. J. Hawkins Addition and L. J. Hawkins Sub' division.
